By accessing or using the Myhanko AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

Myhanko AI provides a cloud-based vendor and contract management platform that supports vendor registration, contract drafting, negotiation, approval, e-signing, and post-signature management.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload or share unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content;
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the platform;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
  • Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Content and data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Payment and subscription

Use of the Services may be subject to subscription fees. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be set out in the applicable order form or subscription agreement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myhanko AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
